      Fast Growing company with engaging employee culture; values employees, hybrid work with opportunity to spend time alongside large Chicago team while also working from home part time. Lots of opportunities for growth - belief in promoting from within. Great benefits. Every employee is option holder.

      Important to be someone who wants to work hard and make an impact as every employee really matters in driving results.

      Pros

      Mobile company with great respectful management. Company as a whole is very sales focused so there’s a lot of respect for the sales team. Solid product market fit

      Cons

      Product is more competitive in larger segments. Still competitive in SMB segment but other competitors have leaned more into SMB. This is not or shouldn’t be a con but if you think it’s a role you can give half effort you’re wrong
