Pros

Kard hires and fires quickly. Both a pro and con.

Cons

Stay away from Kard. Bad reviews and huge turnover should frighten you—growing aimlessly and not paying attention to people who have been there and cried out for support. My recommendation to anyone thinking about working at Kard is to get in touch with both former and present employees, especially the ones who weren't involved in your interview process. All employees find the work-life balance to be poisonous and unsustainable. Examine the date of the reviews on Glassdoor; you'll notice that more nice comments have been added, masking the sincere bad ones.

Pros

Overall, I can tell that everyone one the team really cares, works hard, and is incredibly smart. The work-life balance is some of the best I have ever had, and the compensation is more than competitive. I really enjoy the remote structure we have, and the offsites have been a blast. The last thing I will say is that there is a ton of transparency throughout the org, which can be very rare at start-ups and I have really appreciated that.

Cons

The remote structure took some adjusting to, but I have really settled into that, and the offsites help make up for in-person time.

Pros

Employees are paid very nicely. My direct manager was incredible.

Cons

Employees either stay a long time or are laid off after a short period of time.
