Pros
You get to live on the island of st.martins which is beautiful You get three square meals per day and ok accommodation. The manager Scott is nice and tries his best with the staff and the operation..I really liked him during my stay..overall it was a good experience and most will enjoy it.
Cons
Long hours, probably a bit too long for me. The head chef is not a good people manager. No flexibility or experience with different types of workers. Doesn't understand UK employment law or diversity.
