Pros
There were some very smart and kind people on the team. That's about the only nice thing to say. Also, you will be worked to the bone so it's a good chance to gain new skills.
Cons
This place is a sinking ship. There were at least two rounds of layoffs in the last year, after the CEO spent months reassuring everyone that the company was fine and doing well financially.
Additionally, leadership and management are able to get away with a lot, including belittling employees and blatantly picking favorites.
And finally, they do not pay enough to come close to justifying any of that behavior. The environment fosters insane levels of stress for absolutely no result other than also getting to worry how you'll pay rent (that is, if you even get to keep your job).
I don't want anyone else to make the mistake of working here. Please listen to the negative reviews. Those are the ones you should be listening to.
