Cons
Literally everything about working here is a con. You will be yelled at and berated almost daily. Salaries are garbage, you're given the legal minimum for sick days (3), zero flexibility in terms of hours, no health benefits, and most of the people are angry/unhappy/vengeful. It's a very very bad work environment with nothing good to offset it. Even the government has tried to step in.
