      Free coffee and early dismissals on Fridays

      Cons

      Toxic and abusive environment. Office manager is horrible. She tortures people for fun. Yelling, screaming, insults, foul language, and bullying all part of a regular day in that office. Pay is pitiful and zero benefits. Owners don’t care how managers treat staff. Promises are made but never kept. They don’t care about employees. You’re a slave there. Some of the employees are awful too. Rude. Gossipy. Abusive. Bullies. No team work or spirit. Don’t work there. You’ll regret it.

      Pros

      Working at Karmin taught me how to be on my feet as I faced many challenges that I overcame with the support of my team and my supervisor. They’re always willing to help and they never judge you. Questions are always encouraged. They always have sweets all year long and a kitchen full of goodies for everyone. You will always feel special on your birthday. Overall enjoyed my experience there.

      In my personal experience there I did not really experience any downsides. I enjoyed my time there but had to move on.
