Pros
Only salary is good compared to other banks and leave policies are also good only these are the reasons staffs don't quit easily
Cons
This institution expect to one staff to handle more counters with least internet speed and work doesn't get completed even after working from 10-10 timings no personal life & they don't bother if u quit for transfer. Most important thing is everything is centralized and no power in hands of branch staff but customers argue and fight with branch staffs which is really frustrating. Apart from that they are interested more in third party products cross selling.
