6yThank you for taking the time to leave a response. As a scaling organization we are working hard to understand where our team members feel growing pains. We recently launched several new initiatives to address and learn from these concerns. We are sorry you did not have an opportunity to access these new resources prior to your departure from Karsun.
We know from employee feedback that there are gaps in training access. Our Innovation Center recently launched their new work from KIC days which include one-on-one coaching from our Subject Matter Experts and monthly town halls to discuss process improvement suggestions. We recognize there were issues with your team dynamic. Again, we regret that was part of your Karsun experience. As part of our new training programs we are rolling out professional development, leadership and communication training. Finally, we also received team member requests to bring back more celebrations. In response to those requests beginning in October 2019 we are returning to a monthly celebration schedule run by an employee led team. We look forward to hosting events from Pi Day to Family Picnics in the coming months.
