The organizational structure is aesthetic. There is minimal trust in the leadership among themselves and this trickles down into the rest of the organization. Decision making is centralized to the CEO and COO, all decisions. The culture is extremely scary and anxiety inducing. Everyone is constantly afraid of being fired or punished for having contrary opinions from the leadership. Being yelled at and publicly shamed in front of your colleagues is a common occurrence. Pivots, pivots, pivots, the goal post is always moving. No opportunities for growth. No possible growth into leadership roles.
