Pros

1. Kaspersky Lab is a world's largest privately held vendor of endpoint protection solutions, one of the top four antivirus vendors and innovative vendor of security software for home and business users. 2. Favorable culture&values make employee to grow up, and employee can make a great plan for career development 3. Favorable welfare institution, free working time and so on.

Cons

1. Salary need to be increased although welfare is good. 2. Product areas need to be expanded, not only focused on internet security.
