Sad to hear you feel that way about your management at Kaspersky Lab. But let me comment benefits first. I'm glad to see you enjoyed our gym, travel policy, meal allowance, and flexible work arrangement policy. We do not ask HQ employees to use their cars for work, that's why we don't provide car allowance. I disagree that anyone had been fired without reason. We do not announce grounds for termination in public, however, most employees who are leaving involuntary know reasons and know that they got several chances to improve, If you was asked to leave a company without explanation, please, let me know. I confirm that as soon as our operational HQ is in Russia, we have a lot of top managers, that probably are Russian (I never asked where they were born, but Russian is their native language).
