+ Was lucky enough to had the best manager and team ever (not a common thing there); + Friendly stuff at Marketing, Support, IT, InterCom; + Great office and benefits (fitness, massage, insurance, trainings); + Corporate events; + International experience; + Kind leader (Evgeny Kaspersky).
Cons
- Increase of wages are next to zero after 3 years of hard work; - Many mid-level managers afraid to lose their jobs and do not take any decisions which leads to stagnation; - Problems with communication from top-level management to employees and between departments; - Too much bureaucracy; - Nobody is responsible for anything.
