Pros
It is amazing how comfortable it is to work here. The apmosphere is unbelievably friendly, managers talk to you as equals, everyone is extremely respectful towards each other. Moreover, the work is paid higher that average market salary and the benefits that top it up are also great. Everyone gets the best-in-the country (Russia in my case) health insurance and loads of other things like two gyms with saunas, flexible hours and lots of doscounts from company partners. The office is comfortable and you get all the equipment you need for effective work. It is a great company with great people working in here.
Cons
Not sure about all positions, but in mine it's hard to tell where to grow. It is also difficult to get a bonus - working 150% of the time is not enough (and even discouraged - you probably do something wrong if it takes so long). Also, sometimes employess have little knowledge of the useful products that are developed in the company.
