Pros
People at Kaspersky are great - it was fun working with them and they gave me a professional challenge as they had great expertise in what they do. The office was also nice, and the full social pack.
Cons
Management decisions are often hard to explain or understand. The management does not care for employees and does not retain them as they should. The processes are poorly built, and the company structure is not effective. The HR department is just not people-friendly
