      Pros

      Great office culture, small company feel. Plenty of service opportunities and team building campaigns, flexible work scheduling, not as much bureaucracy as you may find in other organizations.

      Cons

      Communication can be an issue, and there are times when the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.
