Dreadful and intimidating - Anonymous employee Kass Management Services Employee Review

Oppressive environment. A lot of fear from the top. A lot of people quit out of frustration. Posting positive reviews was encouraged. Management (mostly one person) using intimidation to get what they want. Things change all the time. Not a good environment for me. I did not think the environment was trustworthy. I did not think HR took my complaints seriously. And i think they backfired on me.
