"break room" with a staff lunch catered maybe once a quarter.
Cons
Upper proprietor staff micromanage your every move. Most of your coworkers will speak ill words about your work to make themselves look better. High employee turnover- roughly 10% of staff stays for more than 2 years. Everyone works through their lunch-no breaks. Toxic work culture. Basically zero diversity in the workforce.
