      MD Mr. Srinivasan will address you as Sir / Madam

      No Appointment letter Staffs get fired within 2 months of performance since 2017 20 staffs were recruited and fired Total staff strength is 7. Admin manager, secretary, and HR won't continue beyond 2 months No substaffs for Managers. Manager has to do everything. The owner is illiterate, He is running a wood cutting and selling business, just like a timber shop.

      Pros

      Day to day interactions with top management, particularly MD, makes me drive towards the goal of the organisation with the insights advanced through my continuous learning process both at work and external environment by getting along with the intellectual crowd.

      Cons

      The performance of the individuals including the quality of work one delivers doesn't seem to be reviewed and appreciated properly by a correct mechanism.
