      No Pros of this Company Bad management/ Bad Company.

      Cons

      They acquire our Company IDHASOFT based in India with the Name of one Company DSR Technologies, Pune . But ultimate beneficiary was Katalyst. After acquisition they fired 50 employees. I was the one who resigned in 2015 . After 3 years also they didnt release my outstanding dues in FNF. They even didint paid the Provident Fund amount to Government. Don't ever join this Company.
