Pros
Katch is a relatively small company, so you won't be siloed in your work and will get to experience a little bit of everything in the company's process. and everyone operates as a team. Upper management is open to feedback as long as you agree with them. Generally friendly office atmosphere and nice people, although current company morale isn't too great. Most employees work remotely a few days a week, which can be a good or bad thing. Fantastic office location and decent perks, with great health insurance options. Company tries to hold itself to upholding basic business ethics and morals, which can't be said for a lot of competitors in the space.
Cons
Big disconnect from how upper management sees company and how it actually operates at a ground level. Constantly changing company direction, sometimes heading in multiple directions at once. Expectation of company is often completely unmarried to reality, both in terms of expectation of how company will perform and what the industry will look like. Company operates under the pretense of being data-oriented while having neither the infrastructure or personnel to operate as such. Conflict in philosophies among upper management that isn't resolved.
