Pros
Friendly busy environment with great support for employees. Real structured training with support from day one. Historically a company of only 3 people it has recently gone through expansion with 9 employees and is just starting to get its own culture. A fun place to work where management listen to staff needs and where possible (and if reasonable) implement changes
Cons
Because the expansion is recent, the company still does not have any real internal identity and culture. Again something they are working on
