Pros
Easy to learn and transfer of knowledge. Easily climb the ladder due to high staff turnover rate. If you are lucky to under a good manager, definitely is a good job to stay long.
Cons
Always not enough staffs in the company nor in the restaurant, part timer from other brands might transfer to another outlet in different places and consider the role of full timer. The culture is kitchen and management are not equal when comes to solving problems , however splitting monetary like bonus or tips become equal. People from management will show more superiority and show no humble except a few.
