What a GROSS place to work! - Account Manager Kauffman Engineering Employee Review

No Upper Management On Site In Lincolnshire- This is a pro and a con as no accountability was a huge issue. Health Benefits were garbage- $125 per Physical Therapy Appointment Pay 50K a year ( not enough to come into an office daily) $14 an hour MAYBE for the production team, completely taking advantage of immigrants Multiple Plants on different CRM systems . The vents in the facility had never been cleaned in at least 15 years during a time where air quality and cleanliness is important. Didn't pay the cleaning bills. Vendors had the company on holds delaying the processing of PO due to the fact they either were not paying the bills or the system to get the bills paid was not efficient. No ownership on why ship dates couldn't be met for customers who had been waiting in excess of 10 months for product. I left with my customers well taken care of, fought for a production plan, delivered it with updated pricing and a customer service agent to help them and they STILL didn't pay my PTO I was owed and cancelled my insurance before 30 days after my resignation. I could go on and on about the culture or lack of but I will stop here.
