Pros
This tech support team is very close-knit. They all help and like each other, plus the internal culture that celebrates every birthday, wedding or any other personal event is terrific. For a small business (25 employees as I write this review), management has put together nice profit sharing and benefits, including a 401k match. Also incentived for monthly bonuses and other weekly rewards are all the right client-focused outcomes like response times and customer satisfaction ratings. This firm operates like a much bigger organization while maintaining a small family feel among employees. Work-life balance is a focus: employees can take small bits of time for healthcare and similar appointments, while utilizing vacation time is strongly encouraged.
Cons
Few I can think of. Perhaps the company's share of health insurance costs could be a little higher, if pushing to think of something. Again, though, for a small business the benefits package overall is attractive.
