Pros
Great management and coworkers. Ok pay and benefits. Mostly you just have fun with kids when they are having good days, it's hardly like work.
Cons
When the kids have bad days it can be exhausting and draining. There are a couple workers in the company that are lazy and a couple that cause drama with everyone. You just need to avoid shifts with them when you can as most are great.
