      Our Manager was very involved in our learning.

      Cons

      Not great culture (factory/plant type culture), narrowly minded employees. Mindset mismatch- Not a comfortable place for Genz and young people to work. Very slow Doesn’t have a Canteen/ food provision! No stipend

      Best place for less work and good work life balance as a old person

      Not a good place for kickstart of your career , surrounded by old people where theres no scope of growing up
