      Pros

      Employee discount is really superb. You can expect to pay less than half of retail and sometimes even more than that.

      Cons

      Little commission. Have to work long hours to even make it. Low base pay. Management is immoral and they turn their cheek when someone is stealing a sale. Poor training.
