Pros

Freedom and funny! Kayac encourages the new ideas, so you can do things which normal people think crazy without any worries (like wearing cosplay at office, or make your table to look like a RPG game, etc...) The atmosphere is good, too. You can eat, drink or even sleep in working hours. You can come office late, go back home early ( it's not good, i know, but they will not blame you if you completed your tasks ) The company also create many events so newbie can promote their idea, hope, wish, etc... And newbie have many chances to do various work to find which one you love the most. Kayac is good for newbie, because they can experience various work here, and have chance to choose/improve their beginner skills. All projects at Kayac are not very big, and are not very complicate. So it good for newbie to learn and have a complete view of how to do/manage a project.

Cons

Hard on first time, low salary (may be), hard to become super developer/creator In the first year at Kayac, you will have to work very hard. I had used to work 4 hours overtime everyday, and the pressure is quite heavy. Once your skills are improved, you can complete the work faster, then you can leave at the time you want. About the low salary, I'm not sure because I have worked at Kayac for 5 years and never change to another company, so I don't know how much other companies will pay me, but I heard from some friends (who retired from Kayac), it seems Kayac's salary is slightly lower than average. Like I said in the title, Kayac is good for newbie, but once your skills have grown up to some certain levels, it's hard to continue grow up. Because all projects is not big, so you don't have chance to to something at a world-level (for example, a game like Diablo, Final Fantasy, ...)
