They own their own LIMS software so there a brief learning curve when onboarding but it manageable.

- Flexible hours so long as you complete your work - Proper training and documentation by senior analysts - Qualified lab directors - Decent quality system documentation/templates

- Poor financial management - Operations dept. too detached to fully grasp the needs of individual laboratories with distinct state regulations - Internal virtual audits need to cover the scope of state audits. Have more than 1 person conduct them; there are many labs/methods.
