Pros
It was exciting to be part of a big, fast growing company, that is often the first in the industry to introduce a new product to its customers putting them on the front line in the business. It is always about the customer.
Cons
I was with the company for eighteen years; and I was able to see it grow in leaps and bounds. Unfortunately with a company of this size, you become a number, and you find that you can easily be replaced.
