Pros
The interveiw was a very open ended conversation. Seemed more like a tell me about my life and what makes me tick. Less strict interview/questions.
Cons
Really casual dress. Something I'm just not used to. It was a little districting not knowing if I was over dressed. But some could say I was over thinking it.
