Pros
Really nice people, great company atmosphere/mission statements; company donates 10% of net proceeds to charity, encourages employees to do community service; very flexible; management sticks up for you to inappropriate/rude store managers; management offers a lot of encouragement, accepts feedback, cares about you. Enjoy meeting new people and fostering good relationships with store personnel and my own team. Small monthly phone allowance ($15.)
Cons
Boring, repetitive, pretty mindless work; poor staffing prior to my employment leads to my job being more difficult than it ought to be as I make up for previous employees' carelessness, etc. Low pay, though better than expected for pretty menial work. No real PT benefits, even if working "almost" FT.
