Pros
Good community within the company- leadership is quick to resolve issues and readily available. Leadership is not against honest and timely feedback. Great way to get into the natural foods business and expand your networking opportunities.
Cons
Some decisions happen at the top level with little or no input from the bottom level- very similar to many companies of this size. Pay rates can be a little soft compared to market value.
