Pros
A very understanding management team. Worked with 2 different client accounts and I found both managers to be extremely helpful and accommodating. I did not see any exploitation here and was very comfortable dealing with management
Cons
The RCM team, responsible for placing you into your next assignment was ok. But was disappointed when I couldnt reach out to them during my job search. They followed an extremely strict email only process which was frustrating. Also i did not like their relocation expense policy. They give very little time to come up with an estimate and then force you to stick with it. But this can be overcome if you end up working for a good understanding manager.
