Pros
If your able to develop a good support system and steady flow of projects, it's a decent place to be. Work can be interesting there, and you can learn a lot.
Cons
HR is not good at communicating, you constantly feel like your re-inventing the wheel as they do not have good research tools or solid templates. You must dig and find everything to help you. Work is also pretty slow there now.
