Pros
Smart people to work with and everyone has your back. Collaborative environment. Tons of learning opportunities (technical and leadership/soft skills). Flat organization - you can literally reach out to anyone at the company and they will give you their undivided attention to chat. Exposure to different businesses and executives keeps everything exciting. Benefits and salaries are great too.
Cons
Long working hours gets mentally exhausting at times. Weekend work on short projects is kind of normal. As an example, I worked between 75-90 hours/week on a short <1month project.
