More laid back atmosphere and ability to shape your own way. A bit in the shadow of the big consulting factories and thus it seems that people accumulate who are not only there to get a quick CV boost but genuinely like the job

Employer branding is and might always be lacking behind McKinsey. Hours can be tough but if you learn how to manage and it can work well.
