If you are a welder that wants to only weld or a fitter that just wants to fit this is the place for you. they will cater to your needs. and lunch on thursdays. I can see this place as a great start for people looking to either learn to weld or move from welding to fitting.

The shop is messy, as a fitter im used to having my own area to call my own, and make the way i like with a tool box, nice table for fitting and everything i would need close by. the shop is so hectic your very rarely working in the same spot in the shop every day and its so cluttered its hard to move your welder and tools around to do your job. The supervisors do not want you to know how many hours you have on a job which can get frustrating especially if you want to meet or exceed the goals they have set in place.
