Pros
Very relaxed (& fun!) working culture where everyone works collaboratively to get things done. Lots of opportunity to grow within the company as well as freedom to develop your skills relevant to your role at Keen. The team is really diverse and friendly, making for great company during team outings.
Cons
There are some limitations when it comes to working for a startup so Keen Home may not be a good fit for you if you primarily are looking for routine and lots of direction in a full-time role.
