Pros
Keen’s mindset is focused on help others and grow together as a team, not as an individual. I really appreciate this mood, since everyone in the team is really supportive and push you to improve yourself and overcome your limits. Definitely a great place where grow and step out of your comfort zone.
Cons
I don’t know if this is only for me, but personally I’d set worklife balance currently to 0, unfortunately. There are so many things to do, in contemporary, with so strict deadlines, that sometimes i feel i can’t even breath…since months. My mind is always at work. You can “take day offs and unlimited sickdays, yes, as long as you’re able to deliver and meet deadlines, of course”. Kinda scary..
