The colleagues are friendly, and you’ll find support from some really nice people.
Cons
There is no clear future for associates. After the large-scale layoffs, which were carried out without any handover period, the remaining employees are required to absorb most of the responsibilities left by those who departed, without any additional compensation or benefits. As a result, key talent is also leaving the organization. The quality of the outsourced services is poor. Supplier performance needs to be reviewed and addressed.
