- Devs are open to discuss on new solutions and troubleshooting

Cons

- Burnout culture - Salary is not competitive for North America standards - Heavy micro management even though management will state the opposite - Very aggressive communication from upper management - Engineering onboarding plan is not clear and they will micro manage you in every step - Low tier benefits - Tight deadlines with no time for planning but high expectations on quality. They micro manage everything.
