Compensation is so-so. No 401K match.
Keeper used to be a good company with positive attitude and tech culture. However lately the HR was given too much power and became too invasive.
They monitor your LinkedIn profile, they demand you change it, they pull your consumer reports without you consent (violation of the FCRA act), and hold everything they find there against you.
This created a toxic and unhealthy environment that's not motivating at all.
They never hesitate to fire you on the spot without any regard to your contributions for the company, no questions asked, no objections taken. Your health coverage would be terminated the same very day.
This alone says how much the company "cares" for their employees.
Don't be misled by Keeper's responses saying "our employees are the cornerstone of our product, culture, blah blah". They don't mean it a single bit.
