Pros

Great teammates, work equipment provided + fully remote

Cons

Keeper is really dishonest with how they present themselves as a company, they make it seem like its a great place to work with lots of growth and a healthy culture yet its a chaotic mess at times. Its not all bad, coworkers are great and work hard (same cant really be said about management though) and the actual product is top notch! This company could be decent but mismanagement from the leadership and lack of any real culture hold it back tremendously.

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
