Pros

Pros

No pros, tbh. Extremely hierarchical and centralized management style, with decision-making concentrated at the top and little autonomy at employee levels.

Cons

The organization operates with excessively long working hours (typically 12–16 hours per day) and has a predominantly centralized management structure. Senior leadership and decision-making roles are almost exclusively held by Chinese nationals, with limited representation of non-Chinese professionals at senior levels. There is a significant language and communication barrier, as many managers have limited proficiency in English, which impacts clarity, collaboration, and operational efficiency across international teams. The company culture reflects a high employee turnover environment, with frequent hiring and termination practices. Senior employees are often recruited for their local market expertise on higher salary they were leveraged to close complicated contracts and then after terminated without clear or consistent justification. Transparency within the organization is minimal. Despite expectations placed on employees to perform at a high level, access to strategic information about the company, its direction, or decision-making rationale is restricted. Additionally, there are concerns around competitive intelligence practices that do not align with commonly accepted ethical standards, further contributing to a lack of trust and openness within the organization.
