      Pros

      Excellent health care and paid time off (vacation, holidays, shut-down, PTO), many associate activities to infuse fun into the workplace, professional company with desire to do the right thing and do it correctly

      Cons

      Hours vary greatly for production associates, base wages below average (off set by higher than average benefits packet), not many career advancement opportunities and limited skill development programs.

      Thanks for the feedback. You are right that our pay is only OK and our benefits are great. We made a fairly large change to shift differential and to entry wage this year. We also hired an OD Specialist to work on better development for all associates.

      Pros

      The company was decent in the idea of growth. Almost anyone and everyone can make it at this company as long as you have a strong drive. The personhood of the company is to suit the workers.

      Cons

      You are expected to work overtime. And management isn't very smart with hiring and firing. They hire too little and fire too much. They also force business demands, so you never really know how much overtime is needed till the last minute. Sometimes 7 days a week.
