The company was decent in the idea of growth. Almost anyone and everyone can make it at this company as long as you have a strong drive. The personhood of the company is to suit the workers.

You are expected to work overtime. And management isn't very smart with hiring and firing. They hire too little and fire too much. They also force business demands, so you never really know how much overtime is needed till the last minute. Sometimes 7 days a week.
