      Pros

      Co-Workers make for a great support team. Working with interested students and having the opportunity to truly help them.

      Cons

      Salary. PTO restrictions. PTO Blackout Dates. Call Center Vibe. No chance for career advancement. No work-life balance. Management Team loves are all about numbers and don’t always have the students best interest in mind, they just want the enrollment.

      The employees are family oriented.

      Cons

      High pressure to meet quotas, the cost of attending this college is very high, so trying to influence potential students to take out high cost loans is not, in my opinion, very ethical.
