Pros
The people are the best, your teammates become family and a maybe one or two ADOA's are really good people. Money good for new comers only, off days get better longer you stay. Decent work life balance after your second year.
Cons
Omg, where do I start, managers are friends and never took a management class. Promotion are hard unless you kiss their bottom. Hours sucks, pay raises for the amount of money you bring per semester sucks. It's a call center but they try to conver it up, don't fall for the changing lives crap. No set career path, no growth.
