Poor communication between administration and employees.

Rewarding career! Love helping people. And the team of people I work with directly is great.

Administration has no clue what that are doing, there is no communication between them whatsoever! They have no appreciation for their employees, it's the middle of a pandemic and they have made no effort for essential pay, raises, or a simple thank you, much less bother to check in on their employees while they are taking their days to work from home whenever they can!!!
